The present invention relates to an arrangement for creating a wash zone with intensified washing in a washing chamber (11) of a dishwasher (10), said arrangement comprising: a spray arm (8) rotatably arranged around an axis A; a water pump (19) arranged to feed water to the spray arm (8); a control unit (25) arranged to control operation of the water pump (19); wherein at least one additional nozzle (30) is arranged on the spray arm (8), said additional nozzle (30) being arranged to be opened when the pressure in the water fed from the water pump (19) to the spray arm (8) exceeds a predetermined level, the invention furthermore relates to a dishwasher comprising said arrangement.
