[Problem] To provide a light-reflecting film that, while adhering well to adherends having curved surfaces, leaves little adhesive residue when removed from an adherend for the purposes of reapplication, can be reapplied, and excels in terms of durability and heat-blocking performance. [Solution] A light-reflecting film that has the following: a reflective layer comprising at least one laminate obtained by laminating a polymer-containing high-refractive-index layer and a polymer-containing low-refractive-index layer together; a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is the outermost layer on one side of the light-reflecting film; and a hard-coat layer that is the outermost layer on the other side of the light-reflecting film. Said light-reflecting film is characterized in that the elastic moduli of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the hard-coat layer satisfy formula (1) and the instantaneous adhesive force exhibited when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is applied to glass is between 2 and 8 N/25 mm, inclusive.
