<p> Provided are a display device and television receiver in which the body of the display device is supported by a support leg and a support part on the same face, whereby the body of the display device can be stably supported. A display device provided with a frame-shaped front cabinet (11) surrounding from the front side the peripheral edge of a display panel (2) for displaying an image, and a box-shaped rear cabinet (12) for covering the rear side of the front cabinet (11), wherein the device is characterized in that the lower part of the rear cabinet (12) is provided with: a support leg (4) extending rearward, the support leg provided with a accommodating part for accommodating an audio output device, and the support leg being provided on the front side of the lower end of the rear cabinet (12); and a support part disposed vertically on the lower surface of the accommodating part, the device being supported by the support leg (4) and the support part.</p> |
