According to an aspect of the present invention, a method to manufacture a plastic door having an interlocking assembly (10) to open and close a plurality of doors (31, 32, 35) while being interlocked to each other comprises; (a) a step of forming a mounting hole (36) on one side surface of an intermediate door (35) on which the interlocking assembly (10) is mounted; (b) a step of forming slots (37, 38) on both surfaces of the intermediate door (35) to expose both dogs (15) of the interlocking assembly; (c) a step of inserting a part of the interlocking assembly (10) and one dog (15) in the mounting hole (36) of the intermediate door (35) and one slot (38); and (d) a step of inserting the front part of the interlocking assembly (10) and the other dog (15) while one slot (38) of the intermediate door (35) is opened. Accordingly, the present invention facilitates the installation by coupling the interlocking assembly to the interlocked plastic doors and maintains heat insulation and sound insulation by minimizing cut lines formed on the outer surface of the doors. |
