PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of effectively reducing energy consumption in a tenant occupied part or reducing energy consumption in a common part.SOLUTION: The energy management system includes: a coefficient storage part 21 for storing a floor area coefficient that is a ratio with an effective floor area for air conditioning devices of tenants (a)-(c) in a building 2; a coefficient calculation part 19A for calculating a year-on-year ratio that is a ratio of power usage of the air conditioning facility during a relevant month in each of the tenants (a)-(c) and power usage of the air conditioning facility in the same month in the previous year; and a common part energy calculation part 31A for calculating a product of the floor area coefficients of the tenants (a)-(c) stored in the coefficient storage part 21, the year-on-year ratio of the tenants (a)-(c) calculated by the coefficient calculation part 19A, and power usage of illumination facilities for each of the tenants (a)-(c) as common part proportionally divided electric energy. |
