PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement of pump modules for an ABS/ESP system, which is advantageous for assembly. ! SOLUTION: A device for controlling a medium comprises two pump modules 101 that have a drive module 103 with two outlets 107 and connected to one of the outlets of the drive module 103, respectively, to transport a medium 115. A hydraulic device for an ABS/ESP brake control system is provided, in which one valve module 105 having a circuit to control the medium 115 transported by the pump modules 101 is provided with the drive module 103 and the pump modules 101 and arranged so that an axis line 121 of the valve module 105 is spatially displaced relative to an axis line 109 determined by the outlets of the drive module 103. !
