SOLUTION: In an attachment structure 1 of an on-vehicle apparatus, an engagement arm 40 which is displaceable to a length direction of a box body 20 is arranged at the box body 20 of the on-vehicle apparatus, an engagement hole 13 engaged with the engagement arm 40 is formed at a bracket 10 which is fixed to a vehicle body side, an engagement part 42 of the engagement arm 40 inserted into the engagement hole 13 is elastically engaged with an engaged part 135 which is arranged at a side edge 131 of the engagement hole 13, and the box body 20 of the on-vehicle apparatus is attached to the bracket 10.
