A vessel transport platform which conforms to the shape of the hull consists of a metal structural frame (1) and wooden vertical seats (5a and 5b), which are attached to the frame by means of U-profiles (3), which are in turn welded to the structural frame and the upper sides of the wooden seats (5a and 5b), that is, the contact surfaces (6a and 6b) are lined using pressure- sensitive materials. The vessel transport platform is intended for the manipulation and loading of vessels onto other means of transport, e.g. road vehicles or cargo ships. The purpose is to alleviate loading and unloading as it eliminates the need to additionally support the vessel while simultaneously protecting it from any possible damage, as the vessel is attached to the platform by means of belts. When the platform is not being used, it may be completely disassembled, which means its takes up less space during storage and transport. |
