A procedure for the rapid cooking and mixing with sauce of precooked or fresh pasta uses a cooking range (11) equipped with means for the rapid cooking of pasta and a device for the rapid heating of sauce to be mixed with the cooked pasta. The cooking range (11) comprises at least one cooking tub (12), at least one basket (13) designed to contain a predetermined quantity of pasta to be cooked, and at least one container (16) for heating sauce and mixing pasta/sauce, provided with an opening for pasta, and positioned above a rapid heating electromagnetic induction plate (15), and which, when in position above said induction plate (15), has the opening for pasta positioned to correspond with an opening in a hopper (18) into which the cooked pasta is tipped from said basket (13). |
