COTTON-LIKE POLYESTER YARN WITH SOFT TOUCH AND OPTIMAL STIFFNESS AND METHOD OF PREPARING SAME

The present invention relates to a cotton-like polyester yarn and a manufacturing method thereof comprising the steps of manufacturing spin draw yarns (SDY) which are stretched in a godet roller among spinning process or partially oriented yarns (POY) which are spun at 2000 to 4500 m/min through a nozzle in a divided cross sectional form by using two different types of polymers; and twisting the POY or SDY in a twisting zone at certain temperature for twisting and tension for twisting to partly form twists on a twister and treating the same without tension for form stability past a releasing zone, thereby manufacturing twisted yarns wherein the manufactured twisted yarns are used for manufacturing woven fabrics or knitting and have more process, so that a divided rate of non-fusion part which hardly forms twists through a reducing weight process or a friction process reaches 70-100% and the other divided rate of fusion part which forms twists reaches 0-70%.
