<p>The present invention relates to a method for treating and reusing effluent in a wastewater treatment plant and, specifically, to a method for significantly reducing the total amount of nitrogen discharged into nature by performing a reverse osmosis filtering process on effluent discharged after being treated to observe a discharge permission standard in a wastewater treatment plant for reuse as industrial water or the like, and by performing a nitrogen treatment process on concentrated water generated in the process. The present invention can reuse greater than or equal to 60 volume% of effluent in a wastewater treatment plant as industrial water or the like, and can significantly reduce the total amount of nitrogen discharged into nature with a simple and economical method by performing a small-scale nitrogen treatment process on the concentrated water generated in the reverse osmosis filtering process.</p> |
