<p>The present invention relates to a transparent electrode and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a transparent electrode, included in a side of a transparent polyimide layer, by forming a network while melting a contact point between silver nanowires, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes a step (a) of forming a nanowire network on an upper part of a substrate; a step (b) of depositing a transparent polyimide nanofiber web or polyamic acid nanofiber web on an upper part of a silver nanowire network; a step (c) of injecting polyamic acid liquid into the silver nanowire network and the polyimide nanofiber web or polyamic acid nanofiber; a step (d) of converting the polyamic acid into polyimide through thermal treatment; and a step (e) of separating the substrate. According to the present invention, the silver nanowire network, formed by melting a contact point between silver nanowires, is included in a side of the transparent polyimide layer to form an electrode, and therefore, a transparent electrode is able to have excellent transmittance and conductivity while being stable against an external environment.</p> |
