MOORING TYPE BUOY DEVICE FOR AN OBSERVATION OF OCEAN CIRCUMSTANCES

The present invention relates to a mooring-type buoy to observe a marine environment capable of observing a marine environment of a corresponding sea area while floating on the seawater by being connected to an anchor means with a mooring rope on the seabed, and transmitting a measured various types of environmental data to an observation system on land through a wireless communication. More specifically, the said present invention relates to a mooring-type buoy to observe a marine environment capable of minimizing the size of the observation buoy and reducing the weight of the observation buoy by seating a battery casing wherein a battery for driving equipment loaded on the observation buoy is embedded or a weight casing wherein a concrete block is embedded with the battery casing on the seabed to use the same as an anchor means; maximizing an operation period of the observation buoy by easily applying a high-capacity battery; preventing a use of a concrete anchor causing environmental pollution or using the concrete anchor while preventing concrete from being in contact with seawater; enabling the observation buoy to be moored more safely and flexibly by connecting a cable line extended from the battery casing to the observation buoy with the mooring rope; easily installing sensor tools necessary to observe the marine environment by hanging the sensor tools in accordance to a desirable water level; and safely protecting and easily repairing the corresponding equipment by embedding a controller with a data logger, a wireless communication unit, and a GPS inside a flange pipe vertically penetrating through the center of a buoy body of the observation buoy.
