摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a Cu-ceramic laminar composite and a manufacturing method of the same and, more specifically, relates to the Cu-ceramic laminar composite and a manufacturing method of the same comprising: a step of forming a vacuum state of Cu and ceramic which are objects to be coupled using plasma in a vacuum chamber, and performing simultaneously a surface treatment to the Cu and the ceramic using plasma; and a step of coupling the Cu and the ceramic in a middle of performing the surface treatment. The surface treatment and coupling are performed at a room temperature. According to the present invention, an existing isolator of polymer material is replaced with a ceramic isolator capable of further improving heat conductivity when compared to an existing isolator of polymer material; thereby expecting a radiating characteristic of a heat spreader to remarkably be improved.</p>
