The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving a sunroof glass using a multiple trajectory comprising: a mechanism rail installed in a sunroof frame; a front sled connected with a cable to transfers power of a motor, and sliding along the mechanism rail; a front winding guide fixed to the leading end of the mechanism rail; a carriage to which a glass is fixed, and moving depending on the opening and closing direction of the glass; and a front lever whose one end is hinge combined with the carriage, and to implement sliding and tilting of the glass depending on a change in a carriage condition as being rotated by a trajectory of the front winding guide and the front sled. The present invention has effects of strengthening glass levitation prevention force and mechanism stiffness due to external force when tilting by optimizing a position of a carriage front and rear supporting part, and improving indoor openness by increasing an actual opening amount by minimizing a residual amount of glass opening.
