PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign material capture efficiency from decreasing as much as possible even when clogging is caused in a filter.SOLUTION: The foreign material capture device includes: a first filter 102 for capturing a foreign matter; a blower fan 101 for sending air to the first filter 102; a first duct part 103 connecting the first filter 102 and the blower fan 101; an opening part 104 formed in the portion located between the first filter 102 and the blower fan 101 in the first duct part 103; a second filter 105 provided outside of the first duct part 103; a second duct part 106 extending from the opening part of the first duct part 103 to the outside of the first duct part 103 and connected to the second filter 105; and an opening/closing valve 107 provided inside the opening part 104 or the second duct part 106. The opening/closing valve 107 is in a closed state when the amount of foreign matter captured by the first filter 102 is equal to or more than a predetermined amount, while the opening/closing valve is in an opened state when the amount of foreign material captured by the first filter 102 exceeds the predetermined amount. |
