PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector in which connection terminals are two-dimensionally arranged on a cage into/from which a communication module can be inserted/removed, or on a communication module that can be inserted/removed into/from the cage.SOLUTION: A cage into/from which a communication module having a module side connector on which connection terminals are two-dimensionally arranged can be inserted/removed, comprises a movable cage having an insertion port and a window and that can rotate around a rotation axis. The movable cage is switched between a first position and a second position by rotation. At the first position, an insertion direction of the communication module of the movable cage becomes oblique to a substrate on which a fixed side connector having two-dimensionally arranged connection terminals is arranged, and the communication module can be inserted and removed. When the movable cage is switched from the first position to the second position in a state where the communication module is inserted, the module side connector and the fixed side connector are connected through the window. |
