PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system attached with an operation screen convenient for each user, a program for an information processing system, an information processing apparatus, a program for an information processing apparatus, and a method of creating an operation screen.SOLUTION: An information processing system adjusts the display positions of input items on an operation screen on the basis of the operation position of a pointing device for each user and the frequency of use for each input item.
