SOLUTION: Creation means 102 creates, from data acquired by acquisition means 101, a decision tree showing data on a second item of an object, which is predicted when data on a first item of the object satisfies the conditions. Extraction means 103 extracts, from the decision tree created by the creation means 102, the rule that when the data on the first item satisfies the branch conditions the data on the second item is obtained. Calculation means 104 calculates, from the data acquired from the acquisition means 101, the degree of significance indicating the degree of significance of the rule extracted by the extraction means 103.
