The nictation measurement system (10) is a measurement device for measuring a subject's eyelid position and is provided with: an illumination unit (1) for shining a light that extends from the upper eyelid to the lower eyelid of the eye region (E) of the subject; and an image measurement unit (2), which has an optical axis (Ia) on a plane that is a plane comprising the optical axis (La) of the irradiated light rotated by a specified angle (θ) centered on an axis (A1) along the light irradiated on the subject, and which is for acquiring height information on the basis of the position of the optical image of light in a photographed image and measuring eyelid position on the basis of the height information.
