According to the invention, this apparatus (100) comprises: a touchscreen (30) placed so that a first zone (31) of the touchscreen is located in the interior of the casing (10) and a second zone (32) of the touchscreen is accessible from the exterior of the casing (10); electronic means suitable for displaying a plurality of optotypes on a first portion (310, 301, 302) of the first zone (31) of the touchscreen; and an optical system (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48) configured to form a right-hand first image of the first portion (310, 301, 302) of the first zone (31) of the touchscreen in the direction of the first right-hand aperture (11) at a first vision distance along a first optical path.
