<p>The present invention relates to a novel power inductor and a manufacturing method therefor. The novel power inductor of the present invention comprises a ferrite (5), and a conducting wire wrapped around the periphery of the ferrite (5). The power inductor adopts a staking structure. The outermost layer is a cover film (1), a conducting wire layer (2), a PP resin layer (3) and a BT resin layer (4) are arranged under the cover film in sequence, a groove is provided in the middle of the BT resin layer (4) on the innermost layer, the ferrite (5) which is consistent with the groove in size is embedded in the groove, and the conducting wire is wrapped outside the PP resin layer (3) and the BT resin layer (4) which contain the ferrite. The power inductor of the present invention can be more flexible in product form, and can have less expensive manufacturing costs. Moreover, in machining and actual use, no breakage will occur, and the case of a radio frequency performance failure will not exist even when the power inductor is subject to a pressure.</p> |
