PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bag that has a recess 16 for storing a material to be packaged in one bag surface 2a from a normal flat bag.SOLUTION: Both edges of a bag 2 are held with a first gripper 8 and transferred. During the transfer process, a bag mouth of the bag 2 is opened; a nozzle 11 is inserted into the bag 2 to cause the inside of the bag 2 to be brought into communication with air outside the bag; one bag surface 2a of the bag 2 is softened by being heated from the outside; a molding member 19 having a concave cavity 18 is brought into close contact with one bag surface 2a from the outside while a receiving member 21 is brought into close contact with the other bag surface 2b to support the back surface of the bag 2; and a molding space between the one bag surface 2a and the inner surface of the cavity 18 is decompressed to cause the one bag surface 2a to swell outside to be formed in a shape along the inner surface of the cavity 18. |
