SOLUTION: A program development device includes: an application generation unit which generates an application program; a built-in module generation unit which generates a built-in module to be introduced into a device for running the generated application program; a storage unit which stores a period file having a contract period set in advance; a date information acquisition unit which acquires current date information representing the current date from a predetermined date server; an authentication unit which confirms whether the acquired current date information is included in the contract period of the period file stored in the storage unit, and determines that the contract period authentication is successful when the current date information is included; and a control unit which enables the built-in module generation unit to generate the built-in module when the contract period |
