PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately maintain the positional relationship between a lens held by a holding member and an optical fiber without requiring complicated work. ! SOLUTION: An optical coupling member includes: a holder (11) having one end formed with a housing part for housing a lens (12) and the other end formed with an insertion hole into which an optical fiber (13) is inserted, and positioning the lens and the optical fiber in a fixed positional relationship; a support member (14) having one end formed with a holder insertion hole (141a) and the other end formed with a fiber insertion hole (142e), in which a through hole (143) is formed between the insertion holes; and a ring member (15) attached to a predetermined position on the other end side of the support member, and fixing the optical fiber via the inner wall surface of the support member.
