PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a structure of an oil level gauge inserting portion formed on a cylinder head cover. ! SOLUTION: An oil level gauge inserting portion 7 is disposed on an upper cover 3, and has a cylindrical upper insertion cylinder 11 to which an oil level gauge is inserted, a projecting wall 12 projecting toward a top face side of a lower cover 2 from an upper cover 3 side around the upper insertion cylinder 11, and a cylindrical lower insertion cylinder 13 which is disposed on the lower cover 2 and to which the upper insertion cylinder 11 is inserted. An upper end of the lower insertion cylinder 13 and the upper cover 3 are joined between the upper insertion cylinder 11 and the projecting wall 12, a joining part of the upper end of the lower insertion cylinder 13 and the upper cover 3 is covered by the projecting wall 12 at their outer peripheral side, and their inner peripheral side is covered by the upper insertion cylinder 11. !
