PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide authentication of a user in a display device. ! SOLUTION: For example, one disclosed embodiment includes a step for displaying one or a plurality of virtual images including a set of extension reality functions on a display device. This method furthermore includes a step for identifying one or a plurality of user's movements through data received from a sensor of a display device and a step for comparing the identified user movements to a prescribed set of authentication information for the user linked to the identified user movement to the extension reality function of the user authentication in a prescribed order. When the identified movements indicate that the user selected the extension reality function in the prescribed order, the user is authenticated and when the identified movements indicate that the extention reality function is not selected by the user in the prescribed order, the user is not authenticated. !
