PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that achieves downsizing of a nitrogen-substitution-type deoxidation device for removal of dissolved oxygen in water, and efficiently gives stably-deoxidized sea water or fresh water. ! SOLUTION: A deoxidation device reduces/removes dissolved oxygen in water by generating nanobubbles of nitrogen gas in water and substituting dissolved oxygen in water with nitrogen, in removing the dissolved oxygen in fresh water or sea water. The removal device of dissolved oxygen includes an injection unit for injecting nitrogen gas into water to be treated, and a laminate of a plurality of plates having a plurality of holes arranged on a plane through which the nitrogen-injected water to be treated flows and having a top face groove and a bottom face groove crossing at the hole along the hole arrangement. !
