PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for specifying a printer device and a printing condition using a destination address of an email to be printed while minimizing an increase in memory capacity required for address management.SOLUTION: A print control server 1 includes; a device management unit 16 which manages printer devices in association with device-specifying character strings which are device specific; a setting management unit 15 which manages printing conditions in association with printing condition-specifying character strings, each defined for each printing condition; a receiver unit 11 which receives an email with a destination address having a local section and a domain section; a setting unit which, when the local section of the destination address contains a device-specifying character string and a printing condition-specifying character string, sets a printing condition corresponding to the printing condition-specifying character string with a print destination set to a printer device corresponding to the device-specifying character string; and a printer communication unit 12 which causes the printer device set as the print destination to print based on the email in accordance with the printing condition set by the setting unit.
