PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign the optimal number of TA (Tracking Areas) to a radio communication device.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a base station device, a movement control node, and a radio communication device. The radio communication device transmits an attach request to the base station device. After receiving the attach request, the base station device transmits position information of the base station device and information about size of a cell of the base station device to the movement control node. The movement control node receives the position information and the information about size of the cell of the base station device.
