1. A method comprising:
executing a web server in a mobile telephone for internet applications; and executing a web browser in the mobile telephone that is configured to request first information from the web server, wherein the web server in the mobile telephone is configured to provide the first information to the web browser in the mobile telephone, wherein the first information comprises information based on data obtained by the mobile telephone via an air interface for cellular communications from a service provider external to the mobile telephone; wherein the mobile telephone is further configured to transmit via the air interface second information in response to receipt by the mobile telephone of a request from an external client via the air interface for the second information, wherein the web server is configured to facilitate providing the second information, and wherein the second information comprises location information; and wherein the mobile telephone further comprises a GPS system, the GPS system comprising a GPS receiver and an antenna for receiving GPS satellite signals. |
