Provided are a balloon coating method and device which are capable of coating while freely adjusting thickness of a coating layer, morphotype of a drug, etc. The present invention provides a balloon coating method and a balloon coating device (50) which form a coating layer (32) on a surface of a balloon (30), the method comprising a pulling step of correcting curvature of the balloon (30) by pulling the balloon (30) in an axial (X) direction of the balloon (30), and an applying step of rotating the balloon (30) about the axis (X) of the balloon (30) while maintaining the curvature corrected state of the balloon (30) and applying a coating liquid (R) which includes a drug on an outer surface of the balloon (30). |
