The present invention relates to a deflector assembly structure of a sunroof for a vehicle capable of easily assembling a deflector mounted in front of a moving glass to prevent external air from flowing into the inside of the vehicle when the moving glass of the sunroof is opened. The deflector assembly structure of a sunroof for a vehicle comprises: a front glass of a vehicle; a fixing unit which is mounted at an edge on one side of the front glass and is provided with a groove having a coupling protrusion having an insertion port on a longitudinal side; a coupling unit which has a coupling hook at the protrusion portion to couple the protrusion portion inserted to the groove to the coupling protrusion; and a sealing member which is inserted into the insertion portion and seals a deflector glass. According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize the number of components in assembling the sunroof deflector, it is possible to thereby reduce manufacturing costs, an assembly process is simplified for easy assembly, and thus it is possible to raise work efficiency of the assembling process and improve productivity.
