PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a charge/discharge test apparatus capable of quickly and surely detecting electrical contact failure or the like between a chuck section and a secondary battery terminal.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge test apparatus for conducting a charge/discharge test on a secondary battery serving as a test object while connecting load lines carrying a charge/discharge current and sense lines detecting a voltage of the secondary battery to each of positive and negative terminals of the secondary battery, includes: a voltage measuring unit that measures a voltage between a first load line proximate to electrical connection portions between the first load line and the positive terminal, and a second load line proximate to electrical connection portions between the second load line and the negative terminal; and a contact-resistance calculation unit calculating a contact resistance between each of the load lines and the positive or negative terminal by dividing a value obtained by subtracting a voltage of the secondary battery detected via each sense line from the voltage measured by the voltage measuring unit, by a charge/discharge current value of each load line, the charge/discharge test apparatus detecting a contact failure between each load line and each of the positive and negative terminals on the basis of a magnitude of a resistance value calculated by the contact-resistance calculation unit.
