PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse signal output circuit capable of stably operating and a shift register including the pulse signal output circuit.SOLUTION: A pulse signal output circuit includes first to tenth transistors. The ratios W/L of a channel width W to a channel length L of the first transistor and the third transistor are larger than the W/L of the sixth transistor. The W/L of the fifth transistor is larger than the W/L of the sixth transistor. The W/L of the fifth transistor is equal to the W/L of the seventh transistor. The W/L of the third transistor is larger than the W/L of the fourth transistor. By this way, a pulse signal output circuit capable of stably operating and a shift register including the pulse signal output circuit can be provided.
