1. A winding device comprising:
a base plate that is rotated by a rotary shaft; a plurality of segments arranged in an annular zone corresponding to an outer circumference of the base plate, each of the segments having a shape corresponding to one of the shapes obtained by dividing the annular zone into a plurality of sections along a circumference of the base plate, wherein the segments are each supported by the base plate each in a manner movable in a radial direction of the base plate; a manipulation shaft that is rotated by a handle; and a conversion mechanism arranged between the manipulation shaft and each segment, wherein the conversion mechanism converts rotation of the manipulation shaft to movement of the corresponding segment in the radial direction of the base plate, wherein, when the base plate rotates, a wire is wound on an outer circumference of the segments, which rotate integrally with the base plate, thereby forming a bead ring. |
