PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a seal case having the satisfying case depth, volume efficiency, shape flexibility and strength by another molding method different from deep-draw molding.SOLUTION: A seal case is produced by folding the laminate metal foil prepared by laminating a heat-sealing resin on at least one side of a ferrous metal foil to mold a case body having the flange parts on four sides in a case upper end, respectively, and joining a lid member to the flange parts with the fused heat-sealing resin to seal the case body. The thickness of the ferrous metal foil is 15-150 μm, and the depth of the case body is at least 8 mm or more. The ideal bulk ratio of the case body is higher than 0.800, and the thickness of the heat sealing resin can be set to be 10-200 μm. |
