PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can increase the amount of a waste toner to be recovered in a recovery container.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus of the present invention includes a recover container 71, an inclined surface 78b, a wall part 79, and a conveyance member 75. The recovery container 71 has a waste toner inflow port 71a formed therein. The inclined surface 78b is inclined toward the waste toner inflow port 71a. The wall part 79 forms with the inclined surface 78b a waste toner retention part 80 where a waste toner 73 retains. The conveyance member 75 conveys the waste toner 73 to the waste toner retention part 80. An increase in the amount of the waste toner 73 retaining at the waste toner retention part 80 causes the waste toner 73 aggregated at the waste toner retention part 80 to fall into the waste toner inflow port 71a and to be recovered to the inside of the recovery container 71. |
