PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deflection of a guide plate while achieving downsizing of a transmission and achieve good assemblability of the guide plate.SOLUTION: A gearshift device includes: a control rod 100 supported by a transmission case; a guide pin which is provided on the control rod 100 so as to be rotated around an axis by one of select operation and shift operation and moved in an axial direction by the other operation; and a guide plate 172 provided with a guide slit that restricts a movable range of the guide pin. An attachment surface part 175 provided at an axial one end part of the guide plate 172 is fixed to the transmission case and the control rod 100 is inserted into an insertion hole 188 provided at the other end part to support the guide plate 172 at both ends. |
