PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication method capable of performing communication with various kinds of apparatuses.SOLUTION: The information communication method includes: a determination step (SK71) in which plural patterns of luminance change are determined by modulating each signal for plural transmission targets; and a transmission step (SK72) in which each of the plural light emitting bodies changes the luminance according to either one of the determined plural patterns of luminance change to thereby transmit the signal to a transmission target. In the step (SK72), each of the plural light emitting bodies changes the luminance at a frequency different from each other so that either one of two different lights with luminance different from each other is output at every time unit predetermined for the light emitting body; and the predetermined time unit for the respective plural light emitting bodies is different from each other.
