PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus capable of easily checking previously recorded voices among plural apparatuses.SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus which is connected to a microphone includes: a voice acquisition section that acquires a voice data from the microphone; a recording section that records a voice data responding to an instruction from the microphone to start recording, and terminates the recording after a predetermined time has elapsed from the instruction to start the recording; and a file generation section that generates a recording file including the recorded data while associating with a piece of log information relevant to the communication with the microphone in the radio communication apparatus.
