PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side stand of a motor cycle which enables easy rotation operation of a stand body regardless of a body type of a rider. ! SOLUTION: The invention relates to a side stand 30 of a motor cycle 1 which is provided at a lateral lower part of a vehicle body frame 2 and includes: a stand body 31 which rotates between a standing position P2 and a storage position P1; a rebound spring 32 which biases the stand body 31 to the storage position P1; and a stand operation device 33 which is formed so as to rotate the stand body 31. The stand operation device 33 includes: a first rod 51 which is formed including an operation lever 50; a second rod 52 which is rotatably connected with the first rod 51 and the stand body 31; and a guide rail 53 where the first rod 51 is slidably supported at a position above a stand rotary shaft 41 of the stand body 31.
