PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire material, a secondary battery device, an electronic apparatus, and a producing method of wire material capable of suppressing increment in thickness of the wire material and transmitting signal and electric power. ! SOLUTION: Wire material 1 comprises: one or more first conductor 2 having a predetermined thickness and a width larger than the predetermined thickness in its sectional shape; one or more second conductor 3 which has a predetermined thickness and a width larger than the width of the first conductor 2 and being arranged with a gap between itself and the first conductor 2; and a cover member 4 covering the first and second conductors 2, 3 in a manner where both end parts 20a of the first conductor 2 and both end parts 30a, 30b of the second conductor 3 are exposed.
