PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of adjusting optionally the degree of residue of an atmospheric sound, while removing a noise, when the atmospheric sound having non-directivity exists in addition to a target sound having directivity and the noise having non-directivity. ! SOLUTION: A frequency component of a sound having non-directivity is acquired from an acoustic signal collected from a plurality of microphones. Emphasis processing for emphasizing furthermore a lower frequency component is applied to the frequency component of the sound having non-directivity. An emphasized frequency component of the sound having non-directivity is subtracted from a frequency component of the acoustic signal, to thereby convert the frequency component of the acoustic signal. !
