PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device in which temperature gradient of a liquid in a manifold can be suppressed and a bubble discharging property in the manifold can be improved. ! SOLUTION: The liquid jet head includes pressure generating chambers 12 communicating with nozzle openings 21, pressure generating means 300 for making the pressure generating chambers 12 generate pressure change, a manifold 100 with which a plurality of pressure generating chambers 12 communicate, and ribs 110 arranged in the manifold 100. The ribs 110 are formed across the manifold 100 in the direction crossing a liquid flowing in the manifold 100, and notch parts 111 for dividing the flow in the manifold 100 into two part are provided in the ribs 110. !
