<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable not only remote control over an actuated valve such as an air actuated valve but also a remote control operator to safely control the actuated valve even during loss of power.SOLUTION: A gas supply apparatus includes: a first solenoid valve 2A opening/closing flow of gas to an actuated valve 1; a gas supply source supplying the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A; a first selector valve 3A installed on an exhaust line 11A of the first solenoid valve 2A, switching over between discharge of the gas from the first solenoid valve 2A and supply of the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A, and switching to connection to the gas supply source that supplies the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A during loss of power; and a separation valve 6 installed halfway along a pipe of the first switching valve 2A near a second gas source, and preventing leakage of the gas to a supply side of the first selector valve 2A, the separation valve 6 including a second solenoid valve 2B actuated to be open by second power different from the power during normal operation when the first solenoid valve 2A malfunctions, and supplying the gas to the first solenoid valve 2A from the second gas supply source.</p> |
