PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle refrigerant heating device including a seal structure that is preferable for securing a seal function. ! SOLUTION: An attachment member 35 of an insertion member (an electric heater 5d, a temperature sensor 23 for detecting a temperature of the electric heater 5d or a refrigerant, and bi-metal switches 22, 32) inserted into a tank body 6a is attached to an attachment hole 60, which penetrates through a lid body 6b formed as a container wall of a tank, so as to penetrate through the attachment hole 60. A vehicle refrigerant heating device includes: an O ring 38a which shields a gap space 40 between the attachment hole 60 and the attachment member 35 from the container inner side; and an O ring 38b which shields the gap space 40 from the container outer side.
