摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-purity alumina ceramic ball with waste aluminum dross. More specifically, the method includes: a first step of recovering aluminum hydroxide from the waste aluminum dross; a second step of grinding and sintering the recovered aluminum hydroxide to prepare aluminum powder; a third step of mixing the aluminum powder, an inorganic binder, an organic binder, and a solvent to prepare ceramic granules and producing a ceramic ball through a refining process; a fourth step of drying the produced ceramic ball; a fifth step of calcining the dried ceramic ball at 800 to 1000°C; and a sixth step of firing the heat-treated ceramic ball at 1500 to 1700°C. The present invention can effectively recover the aluminum metal from the waste aluminum dross to prepare the high-purity alumina and manufacture the high-purity alumina ceramic ball by using the same. The present invention can minimize the amount of the dross by recycling the waste aluminum dross and reduce the industrial waste treatment cost and protect the environment accordingly. The present invention can also reduce the ceramic ball manufacturing costs and manufacture the high-purity alumina ceramic ball which is eco-friendly and economical.</p>
