A compound photovoltaic power generation and heating and cooling apparatus is provided. The present invention comprises: a position calculation unit calculating a position of sun; a light collection unit moving along the position of sun tracked by the position calculation unit and having a solar cell collecting solar light and having a heat absorption unit absorbing heat generated in a solar cell; a heating unit heating using the heat; a cooling unit cooling using the heat; and a power generation unit producing electricity using the heat.
