<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with the need to control a specific switch to be opened or closed if it is determined whether deposition occurs to a positive-electrode switch or a negative-electrode switch provided in a charge circuit used to charge a storage battery mounted in a vehicle by means of an external charger.SOLUTION: While each of two capacitors connected in series is charged and switches are controlled to be closed, then it is determined whether deposition occurs to a positive-electrode switch on the basis of a detection result of a positive-electrode voltage sensor to which a voltage of one of the capacitors is applied if the positive-electrode switch is continuous, and it is determined whether deposition occurs to the positive-electrode switch on the basis of a detection result of a negative-electrode voltage sensor to which a voltage of the other capacity is applied if the negative-electrode switch is continuous.</p> |
